What is the payment term?
- 40% advance payment with the balance is against documents.
- 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
- Discussable.
Are Samples available?
We will provide the buyer with some sample with the following
conditions :
- Sample request less than 0.5m2/15kgs is free of charge.
- Sample delivery cost will be at buyer’s account.
When to start production?
Right after our Bank confirms the arrival of the L/C or the
advance (deposit) payment.
How long till shipment?
Leadtime is around 25 to 35 working days per container, dependent
on the products.
What about pricing?
Prices are based on FOB Semarang or CNF POD; sometimes we do
ex-factory price, too.
Trial or Minimum Order?
1x20ft or 22 tons or 400 - 1200m2, dependent on the types of
product.
How to deliver?
Delivery is done in containers and ships.
Shipments are either nominated by customers or by our appointed
shipping agent.
And how is packaging?
After tight supervision on production, the order will be put into
good export standard quality wooden palettes;
we also provide packaging based on ISPM 15 and AQIS standard
dependent on request. The packaging will be using corrugated box.
Guarantee and/or Claim?
1. Replacement or repair will be done when any manufacturing
defect found.
2. Claims are due for mistake caused by production or packaging.
3. We are not responsible for any defect that caused by the
shipping or any force major condition.
